Remembering Kyrie

I was working a crafting show with Megan (aka Aunt Megan),
when she received a phone call that changed her life...

Her sweet little niece, Kyrie, was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

At only 17 months old, Kyrie fought hard,  but the tumor grew -
In her honor, Aunt Megan started a foundation to help fund research for Pediatric Brain Cancer.
Read more about it HERE.

This will be the third year of the Metamorphosis -art + gifts silent auction

Friday, November 12, 2010
At:  Studio 2131
2131 Washington
Kansas City, MO
(Crossroads District)

Tickets at the door are $25

Megan has orchestrated not only art, gifts, and food for the event but also-
a chance to win tickets to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 13.
The tickets are 2 floor seats, red carpet walk, and 2 tickets to the after-party!

AMAZING !!!!!!

Megan asked me to make something for the auction...

Here is my piece--
It has little girl written all over it...
I think little Miss Kyrie would approve over the candy necklace...

Please go to the auction or make a donation to the Kyrie Foundation.
Let's stop Pediatric Brain Cancer.

The necklace was made from a combination of candy hearts, polymer clay, candy necklaces, beads, soldered charms, and charm bracelet findings.  Let's not forget...clear, sparkly nail polish!
