Urban Rhapsody...a bit of fun and a lot of Funky

I thought I would show some of the photos from CHA and some of the projects I created for CHA. I am starting with Urban Rhapsody. My daughter thinks it is just the coolest line ever!

These first images were taken by a true photographer...Robert. You will see his work mixed in with mine. I am sure you can tell the difference.

Let's begin with a house shaped mini book. I used the medium-sized according book from K and Company's Exposed line. I cut a triangle to make it look like it had a roof.

It is Clock Time: This crazy clock had me dreaming since I first saw the Urban line from K and Company. I wanted to make a whimsical clock with interesting numbers on it. I wanted wings so the clock could fly. You know the old saying, "How Time Flies!" I found the clock at Gordmans and most all the pieces are from the Urban line. The ballerina is from the cake decorating section at a craft store. These are my favorite time of projects to create. They get a life of their own.

Here is a mini book using the Urban line. This uniquely shaped book comes with the line. It was a lot fun to play with. I am sure there are many different ways to use it. I opened up the ball chain closure and added a pink cowgirl boot.

Pam Lange created this amazing piece of art from the papers in the Urban line. I would love to hang it in my little studio. So many of the K and Company papers are just that...works of art.

I like the top one because I used everything from the line. The finished one...I have no pictures of...has jute around the main photo like it is rope.

I hated this layout...it looks like "Embellishments Gone Wrong"...everyone struggles. I loved the spinners from this line. I went "Spinner" overboard on this page.

Here is a whimsical bracelet I made from the brads in Urban and pieces from earrings I found at Gordman's.

Yummy stitching on a sewing machine gives this card a neat look.
