At night, after work, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and swim team practice, I would create. Here are some projects I did for QVC London using the To-Go boxes. The boxes looked like little Fortune cookie boxes and were filled with glorious words!
Sutton really needed a sign that said, I will share with my SISTER!"
Swim team...Hayden got a big present for Christmas. She is swimming on her dream team, the Blue Waves. She wanted to swim with this team more than she wanted and Ipod. She has had a lot of fun but boy, is it a big commitment of time.
As you can tell, Sutton loves Boy Scouts and the good ole Pinewood Derby.
This was a project I did at Silverbella using clay for the snowman's head. It was taught by the lovely Pam Garrison. I made my own version and taught it to Merry and the St. Louis girls. I used a bead for the head and a bigger box with a candlestick under it. Let it Snow!
I made up little "snow" jars for the girls after their long trip. I used Margo paper and created paper flowers they could wear home to welcome spring back to town!

Hayden auditioned for the KC Lyric Opera's performance of the Ugly Duckling. She got the part of the baby duck. After 2 months of practice, the final school performance was fabulous. It brought tears to my eyes.
I won't be able to post tomorrow. We are breaking from the city for a little road trip. Happy Spring everyone.
